I’m back with new releases I found and enjoyed this week. Over the past couple weeks, I’ve been pretty disappointed with a lot of the new releases, so it would have been hard for me to post about content that I don’t really have. It just seems like recently artists haven’t been putting new music out or I really have to dig to find it, which I don’t always have the time for! This week, however, I managed to find a few good songs on the discover page that I thought I would share with everyone!

- New House- Rex Orange County
- 1 SIDED LOVE- blackbear
- Beggar’s Song- Matt Maeson
- Opening Up- CRUISR
- Butterfly- Kehlani
- everybody’s cool but me- Johan
The first 4 songs are by artists I love and listen to on the daily, so seeing these new releases was a real treat. Songs 5 and 6 are by artists I have listened to before, but only occasionally, and I was impressed with them. The 7th song is by someone who I have never heard of. As weird as this may sound, I had a feeling I would like the song just by seeing that it’s title was in all lowercase- a lot of artists I listen to do this- this made me take the time to listen to it, and I liked it!
I added all of these new songs to my “new music friday” playlist on Spotify, which I will link below. The playlist also includes a few of last weeks new releases that I didn’t get the chance to talk about. Hope you enjoy!
